Operability
Our vocation is to improve your Operational Reliability in consolidating the Flight Safety
Optimize Operational Reliability (OR)
- Detailed analysis of in-service data to :
- Improve the OR (Operational Reliability) performance
- Reduce the OI (Operational Interruption)
- Reduce the NFF (No Fault Found).
- Technical study of failures through a consolidated Fault Tree Analysis or Reliability Block Diagram.
- Periodic review of in-service data to improve the operational indicators:
- Failure rate (λ(t))
- MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
- MTBUR (Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal)
- MTTF (Mean Time To Failure)
- SI (Severity Index)
MMEL conditions – Flight Safety
- Study of MMEL (Master Minimum Equipment List) Dispatch conditions and operational and/or maintenance procedures in line with acceptable safety levels.
- Detailed analysis of the duration of the rectification interval for failures with an operational impact.
- Optimization of the duration of the rectification interval for faults having an operational impact.
- Technical assistance for the approval of MMEL and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) by certification authorities.
Strengthen operability analyses to ensure safe and optimized fleet operations.
