Optimize Operational Reliability (OR)

  • Detailed analysis of in-service data to :
    • Improve the OR (Operational Reliability) performance
    • Reduce the OI (Operational Interruption)
    • Reduce the NFF (No Fault Found).
  • Technical study of failures through a consolidated Fault Tree Analysis or Reliability Block Diagram.
  • Periodic review of in-service data to improve the operational indicators:
    • Failure rate (λ(t))
    • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure)
    • MTBUR (Mean Time Between Unscheduled Removal)
    • MTTF (Mean Time To Failure)
    • SI (Severity Index)

MMEL conditions - Flight Safety​

 
  • Study of MMEL (Master Minimum Equipment List) Dispatch conditions and operational and/or maintenance procedures in line with acceptable safety levels.
  • Detailed analysis of the duration of the rectification interval for failures with an operational impact.
  • Optimization of the duration of the rectification interval for faults having an operational impact.
  • Technical assistance for MMEL and MEL (Minimum Equipment List) legal document approvals by authority of certifications.
